The Official Journal of the Region of Murcia published yesterday in the public tender by the municipality of Mazarrón for the award of the construction of the indoor heated pool, whose operating budget is four million euros.
The construction of the indoor pool is designed in the Place of the Media League, halfway between the two villages that make up the municipality of Mazarrón, such as Mazarrón and Puerto de Mazarrón, so you can give a totally egalitarian both neighbors and the Puerto de Mazarrón.
The contract includes the provision of public works, construction and maintenance and operation of the pool deck for a term of 40 years.
The processing is done by ordinary proceedings opened with a tender base budget of four million euros, including VAT.
Companies interested in submitting proposals can do so at the General Register of the City of Mazarrón until 24 September.
In awarding the tender will be considered, among other outcomes, the quality of execution of works, improvements, installation of solar thermal and finishes.
