The Bay Sports Centre Puerto de Mazarrón is immersed in the execution of the renovation and modernization of its sports facilities.
The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, and Councillor for Infrastructure and Planning, José Antonio Román, visited the state in which the works are now culminating before year end.
The actions included in the Plan E, is the construction of four tennis courts and a paddle, as well as the refurbishment of changing rooms, installation of sports lighting and layout of the plot.
In the meeting with the media, Francisco Blaya has conveyed its wish that the works completed as soon as possible to avoid inconvenience to citizens and tourists.
Asismimo, the mayor has pointed out the many advantages that will lead to these actions, carried out in various municipalities.
The works, which ensure the physical activity of schoolchildren in Puerto de Mazarrón, are valued at the sum of 700,000 euros.
