More than 10,000 people visit the town hall (16/04/2009)

The building of the town hall of Mazarrón is now a year since re-opened to the public on April 10, 2008, after its restoration and rehabilitation.

In these 365 days, more than 10,000 people have visited this emblematic building dating from the late nineteenth century, declared a Historic-Artistic Monument national on October 26, 1983 by Royal Decree.

The people have warmly welcomed the new stage of the property with which both Mazarron and visitors have gained a cultural area of great importance, envied around the country, which also held the acts of great social, cultural and political.

The cultural exhibition space has more than fulfilled his new role with which he has approached the public and has shown the great amalgam of artistic expression that process Mazarron, who have shared their knowledge with the municipality.
