The Mayor, Francisco Blaya, and Infrastructure Councillor Jose Antonio Roman, this morning visited the works of the Centre for Child Care (IAC) of Mazarrón, who begin their final stretch, and leaving only landscaping work, carpentry and painting.
The Center for Child Care (ISC), which has a capacity of 123 children aged between 0 and 3 years, is located on the street next to Via Infanta Leonor Public School.
This center consists of nine classrooms divided into three modules, which have nap area, patio and bathroom.
Children can enjoy a nursery that has 800 square meters, as well as communal areas with multipurpose rooms and dining.
The facilities that are open throughout the year are framed in a plot measuring 2,525 meters square.
Among the materials used in these works are the rubber flooring to cushion any shocks or special security locks on doors to prevent damage to small and the system completely natural ventilation and lighting in each classroom.
The Center for Child Care of Mazarrón is valued at 1,028,000 euros, of which 500,000 euros are provided by the Ministry of Social Policy and the rest of the City of Mazarrón.
Mazarrón CAI close to being built in Puerto de Mazarrón provide service to nearly three hundred children, that will ensure educational quality and enable the reconciliation of work and family life.
