The staff of Civil Protection of the City of Mazarrón has renewed its fleet with the purchase of an SUV equipped to provide the best possible response in emergency situations.
Funded entirely by the city, its cost is 24,000 euros.
Six-speed 150 hp, has a stretcher to facilitate attendance.
According to the Head of Civil Protection in Mazarrón, Pedro Hernandez.
"It is a vehicle that will replace another former SUV that was donated by the local police and that in turn has been given to Social Services".
Hernandez also said that the new vehicle also shows the silkscreen where the Presidential works well to offer a new corporate image.
The SUV was presented Tuesday at the Town Hall Square in the presence of the Mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jimenez and the Councillor for Civil Protection, Laura Ortiz.
