Coinciding with the time of year when more shopping, the City of Mazarrón through the departments of Environment and Trade is recorded, along with Ineqa, it has developed during the past Christmas season an awareness campaign on the importance recycling and separate waste, especially packaging.
Titled "Mazarrón Recycle" initiative has involved markets and shops as points of information, with particular emphasis on improper, those residues that are deposited in the wrong container.
In markets it presented a calendar with recycling information and the information sheet Ecopark also regaling participants with a reusable bag.
A stand equipped with signage informed customers, also activities for children.
Draw ten winners fleeces
In stores, the campaign ran from December 21 to January 4.
Customers who wish to participate chose to draw ten fleeces, made with recycled materials.
To do this they had to fill out a card that later deposited in an urn.
Friday was held at City Hall the draw for the winners of this gift.
The ten winners are: Antonio Mendez Barcelona, ​​Antonio Contreras Garcia Vivancos Maria Soriano, Gallego Nieves, Ramon Lozano, José Vicente Navarro, Naiara Coca Macho, Antonio Aznar Perez, Maria del Carmen Martinez and Mario Mendez Acosta Hernandez.
They will be called by telephone to receive your gift.
The campaign "Recycle Mazarrón" has sought to guide the citizen on proper segregation of waste in different containers, making good use of the existing bins and containers of selective collection in the municipality.
