The Regional Confederation of Organizations of Cartagena (COEC) held a meeting with leading business associations in Mazarrón.
The meeting, chaired by the Mayor, has had the aim to increase collaboration between local entrepreneurs and local employers.
The Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, has exposed the need for the municipality has a strong business association network "that can defend the interests of local entrepreneurs to the various institutions and administrations."
COEC president, Pedro Pablo Hernández, has exposed the COEC possessing extensive experience in providing services and conducting activities on behalf of employers in the Shire.
Also been reported many efforts being made to defend the interests of business, and numerous promotional and business promotion carried out constantly.
The meeting was attended by a dozen representatives from local business associations such as the Association of Tourist Activities of the Bay of Mazarrón Mazarrón Active ', the Association of Tourist Accommodation' Mazarrón Bay 'Merchants Association Mazarrón and Shire (Acoma), and representatives of the hospitality industry.
The township entrepreneurs have highlighted the need for more visibility in different administrations, with the aim of getting the important demands of local businesses in important areas such as infrastructure, tourism, transport and services.
Hernandez has encouraged Mazarron different associations to join in a federation representing all the business and economic sectors of Mazarrón and integrated as such in the local employer, to work for the benefit of all.
Therefore, it has defined COEC as "a useful tool to work together for the important objectives of local, county and regional economy."
Finally, attendees have been deployed to maintain future meetings in order to develop and enhance mutual collaboration pathways.
