Mutual of occupational accidents and occupational diseases' Umivale'' met last Monday in the auditorium of the Centro Cultural de Mazarrón representatives from major corporations and labor consulting Mazarrón, a conference entitled "Tools to improve productivity and competitiveness of enterprises ".

The event was attended by the Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, whereas by 'Umivale' intervened Territorial Director, Alejandro Milvaques, and the Director of the Area of ​​Alicante, Murcia & Albacete, Cameron Shepherd.

The mutual objective is to reduce the absenteeism of their businesses through effective prevention and healing of the fastest and most effective way possible for their workers.

So far this year, 'Umivale' absenteeism has reduced accidents and occupational diseases in their one mutual companies 32'3% compared to the same period last year.

It has also reduced absenteeism caused by common disease one 17'8% compared to last year.

Pastor Buck explained that for them it is very important to know if the problematic case of companies to suit your needs and know what they really need.

"Our job as making costumes for our customers is the main reason that we were able to reduce both absenteeism this year."
