This Sunday Mazarrón celebrates National Dog II (19/06/2013)

The sports hall "La Canada" de Mazarrón hosts this Sunday June 23 the National Dog II Mazarron 2013 that last year was very successful, resulting in a large number of people on the promenade of Puerto de Mazarrón.

The competition was presented yesterday by Andrew James, Councillor for Sports, and Alfonso Castells, president of the Canine Society of Murcia which organized the meeting in collaboration with the City of Mazarrón.

Four national judges will be responsible for deciding which dog is the best of each of the races "from those looking for the best standard," says Castells.

The competition can attend those animals that have purebred pedigree whose title has been issued by the Royal Canine Society, is also open to dogs that, even without pedigree, showing more than a year old and its corresponding microchip identification.
