The neighboring town of Totana hosted this past weekend, the Individual Regional Championship Table Tennis where one of the members of Club Deportivo Mazarrón Table Tennis has won the runner youngest category, while another team athlete rose Mazarron with a bronze medal in the category of fry.
Specifically, Benjamin Juan Francisco Lopez category has been the athlete who has achieved the silver, making a grand tournament only losing the final against Juan Pedro Sánchez de Totana by September 3 to 0.
In junior category, the player Miguel Ortiz was 3 of the Region after losing in the semifinals with Javier Valero de Cartagena by September 3 to 2, which was later Regional Champion.
In category Children, Manuel González reached a creditable 5th position.
Also, on Saturday June 15 takes place in the town of San Javier Team Regional Championship, where the Sports Club Table Tennis Mazarrón participate in the Benjamin category with Juan Francisco Lopez and Benito Gonzalez.
There will also be children category representation in the presence of athletes Miguel Ortiz, Manuel Gonzalez and Juan Manuel Navarro.
The Department of Sports congratulates these young people and the club for these successes and wish them good luck to the athletes who will go to San Javier.
