The Day Center celebrates four years of life with great enthusiasm (09/10/2012)

On Friday, October 5 Center Mazarrón Day commemorated his four years of life after the celebration had to be postponed one week due to the instability of the weather.

Despite the change, the birthday was carried out as planned and during Pozanco Manuel was honored as "Best of the Year" who has stood by his selfless work with the activities and workshops held at the Center.

The meeting was attended by the Councillor for Social Policy and Equality, Maria Martinez, and Council Members Mendez and Andrew Valera Magdalena.

The evening began with a performance by the local artist Andrea Agüera Spanish song on stage who displayed all his art, encouraging those present with a solid performance of singing and dancing.

Music has played a vital role not only with this show, but also a performance by the choir of the Day Centre, once again proved his quality achieved through the efforts and perseverance of its components and its director, José Ramón Rodríguez .

Then, there was the tribute to Manuel Pozanco that gave the day center a painting done by him in gratitude for this recognition and in which is shown the Tower Bridge of London, as a symbol of the Olympics held this year in the British capital.

The evening ended with a performance of the theater group "The Illusion" Sewer and councilors and attendees eagerly singing happy birthday together.

The Day Center director, Isabel Martinez, stressed the "excellent work Participation Board who has worked hard to get ready for the birthday this magnificent setting that premiered today and we congratulate him on his great work in the Center" .

Similarly, Martinez encouraged all over "to participate in workshops and activities we do, because we make to all of you and for you, and we want you to participate in them with us."

For his part, Councillor for Social Policy and Equality, Maria Martinez, thanked the audience "you have left me to share with you this celebration and this year full of activities."

The mayor also highlighted the work of the choir of the Day Centre "engaged and active in all activities that we ask" and the involvement of Manuel Pozanco "who selfishly dump programmed with everything from this place is the meeting point Mazarrón for our age. "
