The Town Council of Mazarron, through the Department of Equality, has called the I Photography Competition "Women's Day" in which the municipality wishes to acknowledge the work of women in social life as well as promoting and creativity photographic among citizens.
The competition is presented all amateur photographers residing in the municipality may submit up to 2 works which should be related to women.
Photographs must be original and unpublished and registration to participate in the contest is free.
The printed copies must be submitted and accompanied by a digital file on CD in which appears a pseudonym of the author and title of the work.
Delivery is completed with a stem in which carry out the ID and title and within the participant's name, ID number, telephone number and title of the photograph.
The contest includes two awards.
The winner of the contest will be given a diploma and more tablet for second place one day with lunch at the "Balneario de Mazarron - Hotel Sensol" diploma for 2 people.
This award is sponsored by the hotel.
The winning photographs will remain with the Department of Equality, while the remaining works will be returned to their authors.
The jury that decides the awards will be made by various professional photographers and representatives of the City of Mazarron.
The deadline for papers is open until Thursday 5 March being able to submit jobs to the council of Social Policy c / San Antonio n ° 12 30870 Mazarron (Murcia).
The works will be exhibited at the Town Hall on 8 March, International Women's Day, becoming known the jury's verdict and giving the awards on March 10.
