Today begins the Municipal School Sports Program 2011-2012 with the participation of almost all primary schools in the municipality.

The tournament starts with the juvenile category in sports and handball Futsal Mixed Joint meetings to be played on the Sports Hall, College Hall Manuela Romero and school Ginés García.

The local School Sports stage includes a total of five categories: Benjamin, Youngsters, Kids, Cadet and Junior.

All of them practice a wide range of different sports such as cross country, athletics, table tennis, chess, football, basketball, handball, volleyball, Duathlon and Multisport.

In this municipal program involving about 2,500 children from schools in the mill, Ginés García, Francisco Caparros, La Canada, Siglo XXI, Manuela Romero, Bay, San Antonio and Infanta Leonor and Domingo Valdivieso Institutes, Philip II and Antonio Hellin.

The respective winners of each sport participate category representing the municipality of Mazarron in the School Sports program organized at the regional level by the General Directorate of Sports of the Autonomous Community.
