From today until September 28 is open registration period for the activities of the Center for Senior Day Mazarrón.
Registration can be done in this center during business hours 10 am to 2 pm and 4 to 8 pm.
To access any of these workshops is to be a member of the center.
Activities include workshops offered geriatric gymnastics, yoga, about memory, self-help based on laughter therapy, relaxation and self-esteem, crafts, painting, sewing, embroidery, handicrafts, to participate in choral or rondalla center and ballroom dancing such as Seville or modern dance, among others.
Also, it is also planned to conduct workshops on Internet use and management of both basic and advanced level, and management of programs like Word, Excel and Power Point.
A workshop experience, a coffee-gathering, another called "Breaking Barriers", reading workshops, Continuing Education, English, Traditional Games, Travel and Theatre complete this offer.
