Around 300 cyclists arrived mainly from the Region of Murcia, but also from Alicante and Almeria participated this Sunday in the I Bike Marathon Calas de Bolnuevo.

The participants completed two 25-kilometer rounds to a mountain bike circuit that started from the Sports Complex of the Media Legua.

Participants of up to 12 categories gathered at a new sporting event that projected the image of Mazarrón as a tourist and sporting destination.

The general was for Alejandro Ortigosa of Lemon Team who completed the test with a time of 1: 50: 02: 01.

The second and third place went to José Francisco Rubio of the Murcia West Decathlon and Pablo Fernández of the Cycles Sarabia Team.

Agustín Herreros del Angliru Bike from Mazarron won the ninth place.
