Francisco José Fernández, parish priest of the Parish of Santiago el Mayor de Totana , vice president of the Foundation La Santa and Consiliario of the Illustrious Chapter of Processions of Totana will be the preacher of the Holy Week of Mazarrón 2018, which will take place on March 17 in the Sanctuary of the Immaculate
The temple of the Sanctuary of the Purisima hosted this Saturday the official presentation of some celebrations that on this occasion will star the Brotherhood of the Virgin of Solitude.
During the presentation, the poster was the work of local photographer Pascual Méndez.
The act that was attended by the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez, was enlivened by the Maestro Eugenio Calderón Musical Association with the performance of pieces by Haendel, Schumann and Schubert.
Also present were the parish priest of San Antonio and San Andrés, Antonio José Martínez, the councilman of Culture, Pedro Martínez, the president of the town council, Lali Agüera, the president of the brotherhood of the Virgen de la Soledad, Carmen Orenes and other members of the council, besides the councilmen, Domingo Hernández and Domingo Valera.
