The viewpoint "Agustín López Cano" of Bahia, next to the Regatta Club, hosted this Friday, August 18, a new edition of the poetry recital "Paper Seas organized by the Department of Libraries of the City of Mazarrón.
On this occasion, the event was marked by the feeling of grief and pain after the attacks that occurred in Catalonia and which have convulsed the country and the rest of the world.
For that reason the act was dedicated to the victims of the tragedy and before its beginning a minute sense of silence was kept.
This time there were eight participating poets: Juana María Calle, María Cruz Agüera, Carmen Laseca, María Dolores Rodríguez López, Marina Orero, Juan Díaz, Manuel Iglesias and María José Gómez.
The event was attended by the Councilor for Libraries, Patricio Sánchez, who once again highlighted the opportunities offered by the natural surroundings of the bay of Mazarron to host events of this type.
It is a free and open access activity that has been receiving an excellent reception among the public.
