The Placement Agency of the City of Mazarrón will extend its traditional services of management of job offers with a new one that will improve the visibility of the companies of the municipality.
This measure will support their promotion by establishing a geolocation tool by sector that will be available on the website of the City of Mazarrón.
On the other hand, it will improve the entrepreneurial knowledge of unemployed people, which will facilitate the organization of job search routes adapted to their needs.
The application will include the following company data: business name, business sector, telephone, email, website and photo.
Services to job seekers and companies
The Placement Agency is providing different services to jobseekers and companies.
Job seekers are offered employment, access to job offers appropriate to their professional profile and job preferences, information on training and employment resources, labor market and self-employment, referral to training services, employment counseling or Business advice.
For companies, the placement agency offers: preselection of users who fulfill the professional profile required, dissemination of offers on the website of the City of Mazarrón if the company wishes, interviews with users selected by the company, information on measures Of employment promotion.
715 people registered as jobseekers
In 2016 the Placement Agency offered 52 jobs.
The sectors that have demanded the labor intermediation service have been Commerce, with a total of 42% of the total number of jobs offered, followed by the hotel sector with 33%.
Currently, 715 jobseekers are enrolled.
Technical staff of the Department of Employment will continue with visits to companies to publicize and / or remember this resource.
