The veteran painter, born in Aguilas, returns to Mazarrón with a sample with color and the human figure as protagonists
In the hands of the Popular University and the Department of Culture, Manuel Coronado returns to exhibit in Mazarrón with a sample that summarizes the art of the experienced aquiline painter.
"Elucidario" can be seen until March 5 in the renovated exhibition hall of the Old People's University (Avenida de la Constitución, 65).
The exhibition was inaugurated this Friday by the mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez, before the presence of the artist himself.
The event was also attended by Jose Maria López, director of the Popular University, the Councilor for Culture, Pedro Martínez and other members of the municipal corporation, as well as the town of La Purísima, Jaime García Legaz.
The color, the figure and the human face are present in this exhibition as dominant notes and characteristics of a style of its own.
The experience, the residence in remote places and close to renowned artists generated in Manuel Coronado a pose that translates into artistic works of great beauty.
The mazarroneros have during these festivals a place to go to nurture their cultural concerns, adding this to the sample that of Mariano Guillén that is exposed in Casas Constellations.
