The second edition of gAstrogAllo will be presented this Wednesday in Murcia in the Sala La Muralla del Rincón de Pepe.
The Mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez, Councilor of Festejos, Patricio Sánchez and the director of gAstrogAllo, Pepa Díaz, will announce the programming of the second edition of this event in a press conference that will be attended by María Cruz García , Of the Restaurant Virgen del Mar and professional participant in the event.
GAstrogALlo 2.1 will bring together 9 local establishments that have passed a selection process endorsed by a jury of professionals composed by Antonio Montesinos of El Rincón de Pepe, Javier Mármol of Pastelería La Gloria of El Palmar and by Arturo Clavero of Taberna Kome of Murcia.
The list of local establishments that was made known in past dates was made up of: La Sal, New Bodeguita, Fizz, El Cetre, Américo Mediterráneo, DTapas, Deseadre, Gold Cup and Foundry.
These establishments will offer three of their best culinary creations every day of the event between 12:00 and 17:00 hours.
The nine local establishments will be joined by two guests from the Region: El Rincón de Alhama and Madre de Dios de Murcia.
In addition to two premises dedicated to the pastry that will put the sweet taste to an event that will return to delight its visitors.
GAstrogAllo will return with a broad agenda of complementary events that will include demonstrations of great and renowned chefs, tastings, tastings and important novelties that will focus attention on the Cresta del Gallo building during each day of the event, framed in the patron saint festivities of the municipality .
