The building, erected on a plot of 4,000 square meters, has a floor area of 3,000 square meters, spread over two floors, which are distributed nine family medicine clinics, three of Pediatrics, nine nurses, one dental , a dental hygienist, plus an antenatal clinic, an office for the social worker and fourteen lounges modules.
Furthermore, also houses a separate area dedicated to displaced service for tourists visiting the town during the summer, an area with wide latitude to ensure the welfare of the beneficiaries of this service.
The center has seven family physicians, two pediatricians, six nurses, four aides and a security guard throughout the year and up to four one medical doctor and a nurse over to service during the summer months.

The investment of the construction of the new Health Centre Puerto de Mazarrón amounts to 4,500,000 million, funded entirely by the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
