The municipality of Mazarrón is preparing to host the "Mercado Municipal" the adjustment and upgrading of the environment, specifically the street The Foundry.
The intention is that the streets are in line with the new construction, commercial hub of Constitution Avenue.
The works, which will run for a lead time of two months, will be undertaken by the contractor, Enrique Ortiz e Hijos.
The performance will include the lifting of the firm and the firm implementation of the new paving and the installation of basic services such as the laying of the sewerage network.
The work will be complete with lighting, access to parking services, sewerage, electricity and horizontal and vertical signage.
The project is financed by the Consorcio Turístico de Mazarrón, amounting to approximately EUR 110,000, as a means of enhancing trade.
Environment of the new 'City Market'
As proof of this beautification of the environment of 'City Market' it is worth noting the recent step taken by the Consistory, through the Department of Infrastructure and Planning, to condition and pedestrianize the Paseo del Malecón, located between the streets Covadonga and San Jose.
