| With it, young people are made aware of the risks of Covid19 and prevention measures against contagion | The 'Sum and Follow' campaign promoted by the General Directorate of Youth together with the Youth Council of the Region of Murcia and the local youth councils of several municipalities has arrived today in Mazarrón.
It is an information, awareness and sensitization campaign aimed at young people in the Region about the risks of COVID19 and prevention measures against contagion.
Under the slogan 'Success is to keep adding', it is intended to send a message of optimism and encouragement to all young Murcian people to continue acting responsibly on a day-to-day basis in the face of the pandemic. The activity consisted of the installation of an information and awareness point in the Plaza del Convento de Mazarrón, where merchandising from the campaign was displayed, such as personalized cardboard cubes, roll up, T-shirts, masks, etc.
In addition, young people have been able to use their own mobile devices to access information and view the campaign by means of QR codes, thus avoiding the use of pages or triptychs in paper format as a preventive measure. The Councilor for Youth, Silvia García, explained that "with this initiative we transfer to young people that every effort and every detail that we do on a day-to-day basis, such as keeping distance with your friends, always keeping the mask in public or washing their hands they are often key to overcoming this situation.
" The mayor added that "we will continue to promote this campaign from the City Council the rest of the year with publications on our social networks."
