On the afternoon of last Friday, July 17, in the auditorium of the Cultural Center of Mazarrón, a conference was held, pioneering in the Region of Murcia, on the "COVID-19: Responses to a pandemic from safety and health and CSR ", with the organization of the Department of Local Development and the Chair of PRL and Public Health at the University of Córdoba. It was attended by different professionals who are experts in the labor situation and the damages developed in the economic environment, as well as its risks, as a consequence of the damages and / or consequences caused by the pandemic.
In addition, they could count on the presence and company of the Mayor of the Gaspar Miras municipality and the councilor for Local Development Plácida Gómez, who intervened before and after the presentation of the papers.

" In this way, Salvador Zamora Navarro, professor of Physiology at the UMU, presented a paper under the name "Prevent better than cure".
The vice president and general secretary of the Occupational Safety and Health Council, Ramón Pérez Merlos and Ramón Luis Torres, also intervened to explain the consequences and preventive measures before Covid-19 that had to be carried out in the construction sector .
And the Captain of the Civil Guard of Murcia, Tomás García Castro, listed the different actions that should be taken to prevent occupational risks in the Armed Forces and Security Bodies.
