Only food stalls will be located in the markets, and security measures are being finalized by the Department of Commerce, controlling the capacity. The first mayor has also summarized the advances that PHASE I of the de-escalation allows and has praised "the civic and responsible behavior on the part of the residents of Mazarrón" but has warned that "this de-escalation should not bring us a relaxation regarding that good behavior that we have maintained during the past days of the State of Alarm ".

Gaspar Miras explained that "relatives can be visited, unless they are positive for coronavirus or are in isolation, and meetings of up to ten people are allowed, who will have to maintain a safe distance and respect hygiene regulations." He also recalled that "the terraces are opened to 50% with a minimum distance of two meters between the tables and the client groups will not exceed ten people." Regarding mobility, "motorcycles, mopeds and L-category vehicles are allowed to circulate, and two people with full-face helmets with visors can travel, using facemasks that reside in the same home." In private vehicles, "up to 9 can be occupied in a seated vehicle if the passengers reside at the same address".

On public passenger transport, "on buses, an adjoining empty seat must be kept to separate passengers except for people living together and the row after the driver must be kept empty". Gaspar Miras also recalled that "they can only open shops of less than 400 square meters, with 30% of the capacity", and although prior appointment or individual attention will no longer be necessary, even so, the first mayor has bet " for continuing to make use of the previous appointment so as not to cause crowds and maintain the appropriate distance.

" The mayor recalled that "wakings are resumed, but limits the number of relatives who can do it, which is 15 people if it takes place outdoors and 10 in closed spaces and places of worship are also reopened, such as churches and mosques, but with a capacity of 30% ".

Finally, he remarked that "although you can travel to second homes, it is important that common sense prevails since the beaches are still closed and bathing is prohibited."
