Mazarrón presents the novelties of its Carnival during a fun dinner of coexistence of peñas (10/02/2020)

The mayor and the councilor of Festejos discovered the poster of the Carnival of Mazarrón 2020 accompanied by the muses and muses of last year, which illustrate the publication.

Gaspar Miras wished everyone present to “enjoy these celebrations very much†praising the effort that year after year the clubs and comparsas make “so that Carnival is getting bigger and more importantâ€, reiterating the City Council's commitment to all of them to continue in that line of growth and "promotion of this party outside our municipality".

Miguel Ángel Peña explained this year's program that he recalled "he takes up this Saturday 15 with the choice of muses and muses".

The Youth Muse, which represents Peña el Salitre, will be María José Morillas.

The Youth Muso will be Juan Carlos López, from Los Salaitos, which revalidates the title.

The Children's Muso represents Peña El Tolín and will be Luis Miguel Gallego.

Regarding the Children's Muse there are 2 candidates.

One of them will be the one chosen at the gala to be held in the Pavilion of La Aceña from 9:30 p.m.

On February 22 and 23, the Children's and Adult parades will take place respectively, leaving both at 5 p.m. from the Garden of La Paz.

On Monday 24, one of the novelties is celebrated with a children's show about the Carnival of Venice in the municipal tent at 6 in the afternoon.

On Saturday 29 more news arrive as the I Carnival of Pets, organized together with the Department of Animal Welfare, also in the municipal tent at 6 pm.

The party will continue that Saturday in the tent with the performance of the chirigota of La Albatalía, which will be followed by the performance of local DJs with costume contest.

The Carnival will end on Sunday, March 1 with the parade of foreign clubs and the winning parades of the local parade.
