The Department of Archives and Libraries has made the efforts for the restoration and digitalization of the Municipal Register of Inhabitants of 1887 that is preserved in the Municipal Archive, as announced by the area councilor, Conchi Aparicio, and the Municipal Archive, Magdalena Campillo
The municipal population standards are a documentary series very consulted by researchers in the Municipal Archives, especially by genealogy scholars.
For this reason, the Municipal Archive has been restoring these documents for optimal conservation and consultation by those who need them for several years.
The standard that has been restored and digitized by Mario Antonio Moreno Nieto presented dirt, as well as paper deterioration due to its poor quality as well as handling.
On this occasion, it has also been digitized so that the standard does not have to be manipulated and can be consulted.
