'La Rueda del Comercio' is the new campaign that the Association of Merchants of Mazarrón and Comarca (ACOMA) launches as of October 15.
The initiative was presented by Silvia García, Councilor of Commerce and Consumption of the City Council that collaborates with the initiative, and the vice president of ACOMA, Paqui Madrid.
The initiative will last until November 15.
As Paqui Madrid explained, "it is an activity that we have been doing for several years and that is carried out so that the clients of a store know the rest of the establishments of the association."
For this, "for a minimum purchase, the amount of which depends on the type of trade, an envelope is given in which the customer is rewarded with discounts, offers for another establishment and even gifts".
In this way, "a wheel is created among the associated businesses that can be made known among the neighbors and tourists who visit Mazarrón," said the vice president, who explained that "of the 90 that make up the association, in this campaign we participate 40 from them".
Paqui Madrid encouraged potential customers "to buy in the establishments of the municipality and region because small businesses give light to the streets and make them keep their jobs."
In this regard, the Councilor for Commerce and Consumption also expressed that "we welcome the autumn knowing each of the local businesses with this campaign to which we call all neighbors to participate."
Silvia García is in continuous contact with ACOMA to support from the session the initiatives and ideas of the association that once again thanked the collaboration of the City Council of Mazarrón.
