The departments of Celebrations and Citizen Participation want to involve all the citizens of Mazarrón in the elaboration of the book of the Patron Saint Festivities in honor of La Purísima Concepción.
Therefore, the councilors delegates of both areas, Miguel Ángel Peña and José María Moreno, call on those neighbors who want to contribute some free thematic text or poetry to be published in the aforementioned book.
For this, those interested can send an email to the address protocol@mazarron.es attaching the text in Word format, and a photograph if they wish.
The email must indicate the names and surnames of the interested party, address and a contact telephone number.
Its extension must exceed 300 words but not exceed 500. In the case of poems, the extension is free until it reaches a maximum of 500 words.
The deadline to submit the texts will be October 21, 2019.
You will try to accommodate all the proposals but, if this is not possible, a selection will be made by publishing the rest on the website of the City Council.
Any shipments that are discriminatory or offensive for any circumstance will be discarded, also informing interested parties if their proposal can be included in the book or not before publication or if any correction must be made.
Likewise, the bidding conditions for the printing of the book of the employer's parties for an estimated value of 24,000 euros (29,040 VAT included) for 1,700 copies and whose proposals can be submitted until October 9, 2019 at 23 : 59 hours.
Through this formula, the book of the festivities does not imply any cost to the municipal coffers.
