The mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez, attended on April 6 at the Church of San José de Puerto de Mazarrón to the awards ceremony of the IX International Photography Contest 'Francisco García Jorquera'.

On this occasion, the first prize went to Antonio Atanasio Rincón, the second prize in Juan Manuel Domínguez Terol and the prize to the best local photography in Salvador Madrid Vivancos.

On Sunday, April 7, the Consistorial Houses, the photographic exhibition of Helena Lardín was inaugurated and the one entitled "70 Years of Devotion" of the Brotherhood of the Holy Sepulcher.

Also, you can see the winning photographs and participants in the IX Photo Contest 'Francisco García Jorquera' This show can be seen until April 27 at the following times: Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Also in the House of the Sea of ​​Puerto de Mazarrón you can see these days the winning photographs and participants in the IX Contest 'Francisco García Jorquera'.

This exhibition was also inaugurated by the mayor on Sunday morning.
