The promoter and owner of the retail park is ACTIV-GROUP Spain, family company of German origin.
Mazarrón Park already has 96% of the surface rented and will have brands such as Aldi, Burger King, JYSK, Kiwoko, TEDi, Multihogar, Sprinter, Dpié, among others.
After an investment of almost 12 million euros and 10 months of work, the new Commercial Park, Mazarrón Park, in the Port of Mazarrón (Murcia), will open its doors to the public.
It is located on a plot of 23,000 square meters, has almost 400 parking spaces, and has more than 10,000 square meters of surface, of which 96% is already rented.
Mazarrón Park will have brands such as Aldi, Burger King, JYSK, Kiwoko, Multihogar, Sprinter, TEDi, Dpié and a BP Oil gas station, which is currently under construction and scheduled to open in January 2019.
On November 22 Mazarrón Park will open the doors to the public and various activities aimed at customers, their families, and a large charity event will be held.
The new commercial complex will boost the economic activity of the region and help to deseasonalize the offer, being a commercial compendium of small and medium enterprises.
It is estimated that the Mazarrón Park will generate the creation of about eighty new jobs.
ACTIV-GROUP Spain
ACTIV-GROUP Spain, a family company of German origin, is the Spanish-German developer and owner of this Commercial Park.
It belongs mainly to the group Unternehmensgruppe Dünkel Holding, which has more than 80 years of history, a total of 400 employees and more than 500,000 square meters promoted and built in several countries.
The activity of ACTIV-GROUP consists in the integral development of commercial / tertiary projects as lease, with first level tenants and long-term lease contracts.
The company was also the promoter of the PINATAR PARK Commercial Park project, in San Pedro (Murcia), which opened in December 2016, and whose expansion is about to be opened as well.
