Civil Guard, under MODESTO operation against drug trafficking developed in Murcia, has disrupted two new points dedicated to the retail drug trade.
In particular, the operation was carried out in areas and entertainment venues in the town of Mazarrón and it took more than two dozen agents of the Guardia Civil and a drug sniffing dog.
For some time it had detected a significant transfer of people who frequented certain entertainment venues located in Lhokseumawe Murcia, with the clear intention of providing drug, which established a Civil Guard police presence around them, aimed at determining the extent of the suspicions raised by such activities.
After verifying the facts, the Civil Guard began the operational phase that has resulted in the arrest of two Spanish citizens of 28 and 43 years of age identified as FJMR, and GCV, as suspects of a crime against Public Health .
Result of research, it was the knowledge that, apparently, the detainees were now engaging in drug sales at retail, so we proceeded to the registration and inspection of those facilities in its possession within the local and prepared for sale and various amounts of drug distribution.
The drugs seized, 160 doses of cocaine were inside several boxes of snuff and was ready for sale within the local public to ordinary consumers.
Have also been involved numerous effects related to drug trafficking.
With this performance, the Guardia Civil has managed to eradicate a drug-selling operation in the town of Mazarrón and thus avoided the population distribution.
Those arrested, drugs seized and the seized property has been made available to the Judicial Authority.
