The Tai Chi encourages Mazarron (25/02/2010)

This Saturday a dozen people have participated in the second session of the 'Conference for Culture and Health' aimed at learning the basics of 'Tai Chi'.

The Conference, taking place in the Exhibition Hall of the Marina, have had much success has been reflected in the satisfaction and participation from the audience.

In this second session, participants have met the specific background that hides the Tai Chi through a film screening and a subsequent lecture - East on this beneficial exercise.

Sessions will continue on 13 March and 10 April in the Exhibition Hall of the Marina.

The conference will be held Saturday at 19:00 to bring the martial art to as many people as possible.

This initiative came with the firm intention of providing citizens and visitors in a cultural and health to complement the activities of the Department of Culture of the City of Mazarrón.

The objectives, which hosts this program, it is worth noting the intention of promoting physical and mental well-being through the knowledge of Eastern culture and to know the positions and movements most suitable for health.

The 'Conference for Culture and Health "are organized by the School of Tai Chi' Tao 'in collaboration with the Culture Department of the City of Mazarrón.
