This morning the mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya has released to the media and the educational community the model and the proposed new College of Early Childhood Education and Primary 3 of the town of Puerto de Mazarrón, to be located in The Private Caleñares.
The event, which was attended by the Councillor for Education, Concepción Ballesta, and the Councillor for Infrastructure and Planning, José Antonio Román, also attended by the directors of the Bay and Manuela Romero Schools and representatives of parents associations and mothers of both centers.
The new school will consist of three modules: one for kindergarten, equipped with six classrooms and multipurpose rooms, one for primary education with a three-storey pavilion consists of twelve rooms and four rooms for support and the latter for ancillary facilities such as gym , dining room and library.
The College will be erected on the plots of 5,000 square meters each, donated by the Town Council of Mazarron to the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment, with a floor area of 3441.47 meters square.
This will be the ninth school to school and Primary to count the municipality.

City technicians already working on the evaluation of the 68 proposals received in the tender process, which ended yesterday.
If the procedures are performed within the estimated time, in early April there will be the laying of the foundation stone of the new school.
The work, financed by the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment of the Autonomous Region of Murcia, amount to EUR 3,977,911.60.
