The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, closed the year 2007/2008 of Secondary School Sunday Valdivieso with which it has recognized the work and effort of students from 4 Secondary Education and Bachelor of Secondary 2.
The event, chaired by the Director of the school, Daniel Diaz has also had the presence of the Director of Academic, Aurora Fernandez, and the Councillor for Education, as well as teachers, students and their families.
About 150 students have successfully completed their academic training to begin a new phase in BA and the University, the event was the delivery of borders and scholarships to youth who have excelled during its formative period.
The Mayor, who congratulated the students to complete their studies, it took stock of educational management of the town with two key moments such as the confirmation of the royal family for a college town that bears the name 'Infanta Leonor ', not forgetting, the approval of the Governing Council of the Autonomous Community of Murcia for the construction of a new school in Puerto de Mazarrón.
Also, Francisco Blaya said that "education is a vital service for the welfare state, and therefore, the City works to provide our citizens more and better educational facilities every day."
