The next Monday, June 23, begins "I Summer School Adapted, directed to the school with mental disabilities and / or sensory municipality.
This pioneering initiative in Mazarrón created to meet the needs that children and young people with a disability.
With these courses, which will last until July 18 from 10:00 to 13:00 at the Center for Integration and Social Participation, is intended to promote leisure and entertainment in this community with educational and work experience tailored to the needs individual during the summer period in which schools are closed.
The methodology is based on workshops in which craft work, music therapy, painting, bookbinding and strung with therapeutic support and skills development.
The City Council through the Department of Social Policy in collaboration with organized ASPADEM 'I adapted Summer School' this new initiative as an alternative entertainment for this group during the summer.
