The council of Social Services and Education Councillor Lorca, Lali Ibarra and Jose Joaquin Peñarrubia have received this morning at dozens of college students Villaespesa in the youth hostel Calnegre tips, which will spend two days as a reward for the winning poster design contest for the World Day of the Rights of the Child.
