GAstrogAllo Junior brings together a dozen children showing his skills in the kitchen (11/12/2015)

21 children with great enthusiasm and love of cooking participated Thursday in the first gAstrogAllo Junior contest.

Before a jury of professionals and large audience had to show their culinary skills.

Carp Fair Day hosted an event that was divided into two parts.

First an elimination event in which participants had to prepare a sandwich with ingredients supplied by them was held.

Immediately, ingenuity emerged among young chefs to offer, finally, succulent morsels that deserved the praise of the jury composed of the heads of the New Bodeguita, La Barraca, Mother of God, three of the ten participants in the food market gAstrogAllo restaurants .

Five children received the highest score going to play the final preparation consisting of a hamburger.

Marta Rodriguez, a student from school Siglo XXI, CEIP Francisco Cortés Ginés García, Miguel Raja CEIP Infanta Leonor, Antonia Cortes of La Canada and María Manuela Romero Ballester school had 20 minutes to prepare a dish for which various ingredients are arranged that mixed sweet and salty between different options.
