Last Days 1 and 2 March, took place in the suburb of Majadahonda Spain Championship Winter for the Blind and Visually Impaired categories.
Mazarrón was present at the meeting due to the participation of two athletes Athletics Club Mazarrón like Natalia Aznar and Pablo Castillo Mendez Guirado, who conducted an excellent opportunity to achieve a total of 6 gold.
Specifically, Natalia Aznar, who competed in the youngest category, won first place in the long jump in 50-meter dash and 500 meter dash, plus getting in these last two tests the record of Spain in its class.
Meanwhile, Pablo Méndez Guirado in juvenile category, won first place in testing 60 meters, 1000 meters and smooth jump.
The Athletics Club Mazarrón highlighted the "brilliant performance of these athletes Mazarron got a perfect record in Madrid lands, proving that love is power and manifesting a spirit of achievement worthy of praise."
The club added that "in a sample of its quality and simplicity as athletes and people, on Monday 3 were in the sports center, with fellow School of Athletics Sports, celebrating successes."
Some successes by the Department of Sports City of Mazarrón congratulates these two athletes and that club and its members for the good work being carried out with young people and children getting more and more medals and professional achievements.
