Dozens of people participate in courses and workshops scheduled by the municipality of Mazarrón (16/10/2013)

Mazarrón Town Council, through various councils, is conducting an extensive and intensive campaign training, offering courses and workshops that are having an excellent reception from the citizens of Mazarrón, who see in them the ability to expand their knowledge or learn in different subjects they can be very helpful in your professional life and work or face finding a new job.

In this regard, the Department of Employment, Training and Local Development through Local Employment Centre, held last week the workshop 'Employment Resources Administrative' involving 60 persons, who were also able to answer questions about this matter.

The workshop was aimed at people seeking employment in the government sector, and the conference from the information obtained from actual cases on the defendant professional profile analysis, analysis of sector jobs, resource guide for retraining and guide resources for the job search.

Other courses that performed very well received was the workshop called 'How to Promote Your Business on Social Media' that was developed in collaboration with the CECARM of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and in which 38 people signed up, but eventually were about fifty who were encouraged to attend the talk given at City Hall Javier Gomez, an economist, computer scientist, entrepreneur, consultant and trainer in social media blog authoring javiergomez.eu about 2.0 guerrilla marketing, persuadability and neuromarketing.

Attendees learned what to do in social networks to promote your business, the first steps to take to get into social media, the basic tools to work proficiently in social networks and found some tips and tricks to achieve greater effectiveness and scope of a business or company at minimum cost.

Simultaneously with the workshop, a consultant from CECARM was present at the meeting to answer any questions and interested attendees confidential.

Moreover, the departments of Social Policy and Rural Development have promoted the course of 'Assistant Health Partner' who teaches at the Centro Cultural de Mazarrón, the Federation of Rural Women (FADEMUR).

This course involves a score of women and consists of 600 hours.

Of the total, in the first 480 hours will be taught the theoretical modules that deal with different aspects of social health assistant work in areas related to the dependence of the patient.

The remaining 120 hours practical component will be carried out through the modality of nonprofessional labor practices, provided an opportunity for participants to meet this niche market.

The Mayor of Mazarrón, Ginés Campillo, stressed that "the implementation of these courses and workshops are the best example of our commitment to help citizens from Mazarron to achieve better training, which helps them to cope with greater likelihood of successfully find employment or improve their career or business. "

The mayor stressed that "we will continue in this line for the recovery of the economy and the business community must be built on a solid foundation of training in the pool we know from traditional practices, to the use of new technologies."
