The procession of San Cayetano will start the festivities of The Corners (31/07/2012)

This Thursday, August 2 The festivities begin with the procession Corners of San Cayetano which depart from the Sanctuary of La Purisima and ends in the hamlet.

At 7 pm, the said temple will host the Mass in honor of the saint, due out in procession carried on the shoulders of their neighbors after finishing the job.

This event has already become a popular tradition that the Mayor, Ginés Campillo, has invited the participation of citizens in the municipality.

The festivities continue on Friday 3 August when, at 10 pm, Francisco Blaya Sáez, better known as "Titino", make the opening speech of this year to be held at the fairgrounds in Mazarron which hosts the program activities festive.

Following this will be held the coronation of the queens of festivals and performing on "Sabor Latino Duo."

During the evening there will be a raffle of gifts.

On Saturday August 4 continue the proceedings.

On this day, also starting at 10 pm, it will be the turn of Ricky "The Andalusian Chico" which will be accompanied by her dancers.

The music, seasoned with good humor, will continue in the hands of artist Frank Cano.

That night, plus a large piñata with gifts, will be also a contest of crumbs for the Festival Committee will provide the meal and oil.

On Sunday August 5 will end the festivities this year with a contest at the scrum pitch scheduled for 9 pm.

An hour later there will be the performance of all Mazarron "The Luisos" which continue to reap great success thanks to the quality of their concerts.

A great pinata with gifts will put an end to the festivities of this year's Corners.
