The social hall Leiva cultural life again after nine years of inactivity (19/10/2011)

Leiva's social hall, next to the church of the hamlet, will host this Saturday 22 October 3 plays to be staged by the theater group "The Talayón".

The cultural event is scheduled for 9 pm and admission is free.

Leiva thus returns to the cultural life of the town after 9 years of inactivity, adding to the numerous initiatives in this area are being planned by the City Council.

The theater group "The Talayón" first interpret a poem by Rafael de León, adapted for the stage by Michael Morales Mateo, entitled "The Omen".

Below is the interlude staged "The Old Jealous" by Miguel de Cervantes adapted by Lucia Morales Mateo.

Finally, another poem, this time of Miguel Hernandez and entitled "Elegy" will be recited by Miguel Morales Mateo putting an end to this evening at the theater.

After the performance, the actors will be invited to a snack that will be also invited all attendees.
