This weekend parties have started with the opening speech Majada by Francisco Moreno Perez, who is closely connected to the hamlet both Mazarron roots as their love for the agricultural land that have family and great friends.
After the opening speech was held the theatrical performance of 'A history two poor women "by the Center Theater Group of Senior Port of Mazarrón.
The mayor of Mazarrón, Francisco Blaya, and the Councillor for Fiestas, Luisa María Heredia, along with members of the Team, made a hole in their schedules to accompany the residents on their first day of festivities.
The Majada parties that have started out with a very good start, continue through Tuesday, September 8, to celebrate the feast of Our Lady of La Purisima with Holy Mass and Procession.
Musical performances by David Andreu and Mohito Canalla, costume parties, children's games and festivals at night are some of the activities that houses this schedule.
The Department of Fiestas del Ayuntamiento de Mazarrón encourages all citizens to participate in events organized to commemorate this holiday, designed to meet the requests of all ages.
