Borja Paredes begins with his proclamation the celebrations of the Miracle 2017 (12/11/2017)

The proclamation of Borja Paredes Vivancos opened on Friday the Fiestas del Milagro 2017. The public filled the municipal tent of Bolnuevo to attend the opening ceremony of a celebration that will last until next Sunday when thousands of pilgrims accompany the Virgin of the Miracle in their return to the hermitage of Bolnuevo.

Borja Paredes, a 32-year-old bank employee from Mazarron, reviewed his family relationship with the fishing village.

Beloved memories that he shared with many of those present and who explained his passion for a party centered on devotion to the Immaculate Conception.

Inherited traditions that flourished in a speech that showed the value of the family and respect for local customs and history.

Luis Paredes, mayor of Bolnuevo, initiated an act that was attended by members of the municipal corporation and in which both the councilman of Festejos, Patricio Sánchez, and the first deputy mayor, Pedro Martínez, highlighted the wide variety of events of a festival that they encouraged to participate in the coming days.

After the proclamation, Mara Bang Band offered a concert with which the ludic acts of the festivities began.

This Saturday, November 11, at the Torre de los Caballos, an explanatory cultural visit of the Miracle of Bolnuevo took place, with an English pass at 10:00 a.m. and in Spanish at 12:00 a.m.

Already in the evening, at 9:00 p.m., the Festival Commission has organized the First Spanish Tortilla Contest.

It will be in the municipal tent of Bolnuevo, where the group "Al relente" will give a concert of flamenco-pop versions.
