The courses covered various sectors such as agriculture, hospitality, trade, logistics, construction, maintenance, job search, new technologies and languages.
The mayor of Mazarrón, Alicia Jiménez and the Councilor for Employment, María Ángeles Román, delivered on Tuesday the diplomas corresponding to the courses given by the Tourism Qualification Center.
This closes the agenda of training activities developed in 2016 from the Center for Municipal Employment Initiatives (CIME), which is attached to the Department of Employment, Training and Local Development.
A total of 32 training actions and two projects were carried out, one for people with disabilities and the other for unemployed people over 45 and long-term unemployed.
543 students participated in some of the planned actions, covering specialties related to various economic sectors: agriculture, hospitality, commerce, logistics, construction, maintenance, job search, new technologies and languages.
