The director general of Persons with Disabilities and the Elderly, Ana Guijarro, recently attended the closing ceremony of the XI edition of May Cultural 'in the social center of people over Mazarrón, noting that the program meets a set of activities around culture, training, playful and creative, which "are a sign of learning and work that our elderly in the workshops the center, which put all their dedication and effort."
At the close there were displays of gymnastics, ballroom dancing and Sevillanas and an exhibition of the work of the workshops dressmaking, embroidery and bobbin lace, crafts and painting.
The director praised "the great work that the older volunteer monitors" and stressed that there is a large number of volunteers, "very involved in the center."
