An agreement of the Institute of Tourism of the Region of Murcia (ITREM) with Danish tour operator Gislev Rejser has borne fruit on arrival in Mazarrón 400 senior tourists from the Scandinavian country.
The agreement establishes the arrival in groups of 40 people per week until the end of May and between September and October.
Councillor for Tourism, Maria Angeles Roman, it is an operative that helps break the seasonality that comes with the option to consolidate to be repeated in coming years.
Tourists come to Mazarron attracted by the package of sun and sand but also by additional visits will be offered, among which a boat for whale watching, a visit to Erosions Bolnuevo and another to the market of port Mazarrón.
The hotel which has been agreed for this first round of accommodation was the hotel Playa Grande.
From there they will leave for a week to meet other attractions of the Region of Murcia.
