The municipality of Mazarrón has held this weekend the "International Day of Music 'with a very special concert, offered by Child Band Musical Association' Master Eugenio Calderón 'in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
This appointment with music has been followed by the citizens, among whom was Councillor of the Presidency, Alicia Jiménez, and Councilman Infrastructure and Planning, José Antonio Román.
The Department of Culture, through the cultural and exhibition space 'Town Hall', has organized this activity with the aim to stimulate cultural activity Mazarron, from a unique environment as the historic center of town.
This act is framed in the commemoration of "International Day of Music 'will be held on the initiative of the French Government in 1982.
This symbolic act has promoted musical commitment of the new generations of the Banda Musical de Mazarrón.
